This is a full generalist role supporting the Director of People and Talent and is responsible for providing a high quality, professional proactive HR service that meets the needs of the business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage employee operations, responsible for the delivery and co-ordination of all processes and associated documentation in relation to employment contracts, side letters, immigration, probation reviews, performance reviews, performance improvement issues, disciplinaries, terminations, redundancies, settlement agreements, sickness absence, maternity/paternity, flexible working requests, references and leavers
  • Support managers with the end to end recruitment process
  • Ownership of new joiners and associated onboarding processes and programmes, including joiner administration, employment screening and background checks, working with hiring managers to ensure new employees integrate seamlessly into the business
  • Support the delivery of talent development initiatives
  • Support the execution of the annual compensation process, including salary, bonus and promotion review, along with the production of the relevant analysis to assist and inform line managers in these processes
  • Manage employee Benefits and Wellbeing programme, including the design, review and being the point of contact for employees in relation to queries
  • Manage and prepare monthly payroll additions and changes
  • Responsible for the HRIS
