Our client is a leading Search Firm in the US, due to rapid and ongoing growth within the business they are now looking for a HR Generalist to join their team in New York.
This is an opportunity to partner with the leadership team in order to shape the business going forward. The incumbent will be responsible for developing HR policy and strategy US wide. In addition to this they will be responsible for benefit vendor management, onboarding, offboarding, payroll administration, ER and talent management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- BA/BS degree required
- This role will be suitable for someone who has generalist HR experience ideally within a high growth environment
- This role will be suitable for someone who thrives under pressure, can pivot with ease and is not fazed by multiple demands on their time and conflicting deadlines.
