For further information about this position please apply.Our client, a boutique retained executive search firm that engages key audiences in media, communications, and politics is looking to hire a well-rounded HR Generalist to manage all HR operations across both sides of their business. Reporting into the Executive Director, Operations & Finance this person will play an integral role in all day-to-day operations and growth of both businesses.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of true mid-level Generalist experience, can develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives and processes, and will have a robust skillset in working with senior executives/C-Suite. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills will be key for success. Basic understanding of managing benefit work and vendor/stakeholder relationships. Additionally, you will oversee all internal recruitment efforts and assist with both on/off-boarding processes as well as some ER work.
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with the organization and play an integral role in setting up the HR infrastructure while working with leadership. Our client is operating in a hybrid model out of either their McLean, VA or Soho NYC offices. The salary will range by experience between $80-$95k + target bonus with great benefits.
