HR Generalist

HR Generalist- Multi-site. Based in Westerham, Kent. Circa £35,000. Hybrid working on offer.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Generalist to join an ambitious and innovative organisation, based at their offices in Westerham. This global organisation are experts within their industry sector and have adopted a working environment where everyone is respected and valued, reflecting the diversity of their customers. Currently implementing a new HR structure in their EMEAA region, the position of HR Generalist will join the operations channel, reporting into the HR Business Partner.

This is an incredibly fast paced and varied role where you will be accountable for managing and coordinating all things Employee Relations, including disciplinaries and grievances, taking notes in meetings, writing letters, and updating systems/ logs. As the HR Generalist you will be responsible for updating HR Systems, tracking absences, producing weekly and monthly board reports, and leading on the Tensor T&A project. You will also support the HR Business Partner with HR administration and payroll procedures.

If you have a generalist background, strong employee relations experience and excel at implementing new processes, this will be of great interest to my client. You will have a focused and pragmatic approach and understand practical knowledge of employment law, have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
