Reporting into an HR Manager with a dotted line into another local office's HR lead, the role presents a unique opportunity for a skilled HR leader at the early career to take the next step in ownership and depth while growing in a generalist capacity. The firm's centralized HR structure will allow this individual to focus on their local clientele within the Los Angeles area, serving as the face of HR to attorney and non attorney populations, with respobsibility for all non escalated HR matters under the guidance of a strong manager.
The ideal candidate will offer experience from large and wellknown corporate settings, ideally in the professional services space, and have a desire to continue to focus on employee relations, talent and performance management, while continuing their operational HR exposure as well.
