HR Generalist
We are excited to partner with a Global Manufacturer in the search for an enthusiastic HR Generalist. Based in North Sydney within a successful HR Team with hybrid capacity, you will have the opportunity to be well supported and developed.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR related duties, such as onboarding an off boarding employees
- Employee Relations issues
- Advising leaders and managers on organisational and talent matters
- Be the link between local and global business direction for HR
- Ensuring procedures and policies are being followed and updated
- Focus on employee experience and continuous improvement
- Be a part of the overall maintenance of HR Capabilities
The Successful Applicant:
- Minimum 3 years working experience in an HR role
- Knowledge of labour law and related areas of law
- Degree
- Exceptional stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills
