We’re partnering with an international data and analytics company that specializes in environmental challenges. They are involved in gathering, processing and presenting data, in addition to planning, advisory services and development of software for managing and handling data.

We are looking for an HR Generalist/ Administrator in Berlin, who can support one of the business functions in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing HR operations, including contracts, certificates, and evaluations.
  • Handling administrative processes in employee onboarding, changes, and departures.
  • Maintaining personnel files, managing data transfer to payroll.
  • Administering the Workday personnel system.
  • Acting as a liaison for external partners including authorities, social and health insurances.
  • Supporting the recruitment processes.

Your Skills & Expertise

  • Educational background in human resources or equivalent qualifications.
  • Previous experience in HR administrative tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Works council collaboration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and structured work approach.
  • Business fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English.
