Our client, a prominent and exciting Fintech venture, HQ in Singapore, is seeking a pro-active and passionate HR Generalist to join the newly created HR team. Reporting in to the Head of People, as part of a small and collaborative HR team, you will partner closely with the business heads, Head of People. and parent companies to define and deliver the HR People strategy and operations end-to-end.

This start-up already consists of circa 50 employees and will grow to circa 150 over the course of the next 12 months. They need someone who is comfortable working as part of a large global matrix organisation who also have some experience also operating in a smaller growing start-up in order to be able to leverage Group / Parent CoE's where possible as well as navigate ambiguity and set up bespoke processes and programmes from scratch in this new exciting and entrepreneurial organisation.

More specifically, as a HR Generalist you will:

Partner closely with the leadership team acting a trusted adviser and coach enabling a high performance culture which embraces innovation and change.
Manage and support people processes such as learning and talent, performance, reward, resourcing, policy, employee relations.
Manage HR projects such as re-structuring (TOM), D&I, engagement, wellbeing, future of work.
Continue to improve people processes and governance in line with governance and risk procedures.
Manage HR reporting and analytics.

You will be a HR Generalist with circa 7 - 12 years of experience operating in a global matrix financial services, fintech or tech organisation in a broad role based in Singapore. You will ideally have a combination of large corporate and growing start-up experience. You will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
