We have an exciting opportunity with our Client; a trendy, innovative, and disruptive brand within the FMCG Sector.
They are urgently recruiting a well rounded HR Generalist to join their Southern Europe HQ in Milan and partner with both the HR team and Director-level stakeholders in the day to day management, contracts, payroll, mobility, org. design and admin activities for their office and manufacturing plant in Italy for a division of the business.
We are looking for a pragmatic people-first HR with a strong business partner approach and potential to develop in the business as they will expand in the territory.
Supporting the Senior HRBP for the Division, you will act as the point of contact and trusted advisor to the Manager and other senior leaders relating to personnel administration, communication, employee relations, payroll, contracts, global mobility, rewards and other HR generalist activities.
To qualify for this role you must have a solid HR Generalist experience in the FMCG or Pharmaceutical Sectors (3-5 years - including hands-on experience managing HR activities in an International and Matrix-driven Organization), as well as have full fluency of both Italian and English.
