Our client a global leader in the manufacturing industry. They are currently looking to grow aggressively in Singapore and hence looking to expand their team within Singapore. They are currently looking out for a strong HR Generalist to join their high performing team.

Job description

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Human Resources, you will be required to attend to all HR-related enquiries, HR administration such as onboarding, offboarding, insurance, training, leaves, claims, work pass applications, system management, etc. You will also be focusing more on the Training and Development function. You will be supporting the annual talent review and partnering closely with the HRBPs to identify and develop talents within the organization. Other than the day-to-day HR operations you will be also responsible to source, evaluate, manage external training vendors and providers.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate ideally would require at least 3 years’ experience in Generalist experience with a slight inclination towards training and development. Prior experience working in manufacturing environment will be a plus. It would be excellent if the candidate has strong interpersonal skills and is able to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively. In addition, it will be ideal with the successful candidate has prior experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages and worked in a fast-paced environment.
