A global Private Equity giant is looking to add an HR Generalist to their small team, focusing on relations within EMEA. The firm are looking to bring in an experienced generalist to support the Head of HR for a fixed period of 12 months.
With a broad scope to the role, the HR department is solely responsible for all aspects of resource management, employee relations, recruitment, strategic planning, talent development, performance monitoring and employee engagement. This position will also afford the opportunity to work on data analysis and streamlining projects in line with both internal and regulatory policies.
HR Generalist Requirements:
- University degree, CIPD qualification preferred
- Experience in a "hands-on" HR Generalist role for a Financial Services organisation
- Strong, concise communication and writing skills
- Polished and professional in presentation and confident in handling dicreet matters
- Excel skills
