HR Generalist – Professional Services
We are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading global boutique professional services firm, with an established presence internationally. They are looking to appoint a HR Generalist, in a newly created role, to help support the growth of the APAC region.
As HR Generalist, you will be reporting to the Global Head of HR based in the UK, you will work closely with an international HR team and alongside key internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for supporting the APAC headcount with HR operations and administration. You will handle the full employee lifecycle, act as the point of contact to the APAC region on all HR-related matters and work with the global HR team on HR projects.
This role is ideal for a HR Generalist and / or within an international financial service and/ or professional services organization. You will need to have excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders from a variety of levels across the region and globally. You will be highly organised, demonstrate high levels of initiative and a proactive approach.
Critical: HR Generalist and / or HR Business Partner experience ideally in an international financial services or professional services organisation with exposure to working across Asia.
Location: Singapore. Hybrid working arrangement.
Basis: 4 days per week
