The client is a young company that has grown rapidly through acquisition to become a market leader. It is a true generalist role situated in the Holding Company's Head office. The corporate HR Function leads the coordination across the business to ensure alignment where it makes sense to do so and adds value in areas such as Graduate recruitment and development programmes, remuneration, succession planning etc. You will be involved in numerous projects and supporting the group in its mergers and acquisitions from the build-up stage through to working with the newly acquired companies in their settling in period.
The client is looking for top HR Talent in the market, who form exceptional stakeholder relationships, embrace change and thrive on challenge and variety. You will demonstrate a strong business focus, thrive on delivery with a pragmatic approach to finding solutions and making things happen. A proven track record in recruitment, development and retention is essential as is some evidence of successful Mergers and Acquisitions, or integration and change management.
