HR Governance Projects (APAC) ED
Our client, a renowned investment bank with a sizable global population is looking to appoint a brand new Head of HR Governance, Conduct, Risk and Culture Projects (APAC) in a highly visible and critical role. Reporting in to the Regional COO, Regional CHRO and Regional General Counsel, this individual will be responsible for operating as a strategic partner to the regional leadership team to drive transformation.
This individual will:
– Align the cultural vision with business strategies, partnering with Regional and Global Business Leadership, Conduct Risk and HR
– Design the formal culture framework, aligned to the conduct framework, to embed a holistic and consistent accountability framework embedded at all levels of the organization across APAC, ensuring clear accountability and governance
– Drive cultural projects and initiatives, including all associated employee engagement and comms strategy and deliverables
– Leverage data and analytics to provide insight to help inform decision making and drive projects and associated outcomes
Essential: You will be an accomplished APAC or Global HR Leader who is comfortable partnering directly with leadership in a large global complex financial services structure, with a focus on large scale change and transformation with a Culture, Risk, Conduct and Governance lens. You will be a values led leader, with a creative mindset who enjoys collaboration, innovation, with the ability to influence.
