A leading Law Firm in the UK, with fantastic offices located in South West London, are seeking an HR Information & Systems Advisor on a 3 month FTC, to support their growing HR team. This role is newly created and is situated in the HR team, reporting to the HR Business Partner.
Working closely alongside all members of the HR Department and the HRD on a day-to-day basis, you will ensure the principles of risk management are rooted within all HR policies and processes; conducting reviews of all employee files to ensure they are compliant with risk management processes & contribute to the relevant HR and firm wide audits.
You will also review all HR process documentation and develop the existing management information and reporting procedures with the aim of producing quarterly MI to share with the team and the wider business.
You will also develop an understanding of, and continually review the firms IT Systems and make recommendations on ways these could be further utilised and rooted within the firms current processes & procedures.
You will have strong IT skills, with a good working knowledge of Excel and the ability to interpret and analyse complex data. You will also have knowledge of, or want to learn about the use of HR databases. You will be a proactive individual who can think innovatively, a self-starter who is able to work without direct supervision and Professional Services experience is preferred. The role is paying up to £38,000 (pro rata for 3 month FTC).
