About Our Client

Our client is an established financial services organisation with a global presence. They have a relatively sizeable employee base in Singapore and this will be an exciting role to help drive the roll out of a number of key HR IS projects such as; implementing SuccessFactors, partnering with the Leadership team and HR to implement this, and other key HRIS HR projects, effectively across the organisation.

Job Description

As part of the HR Services team, as a HR IS & Projects specialist you will be responsible for working with the business to gather requirements, analyse, recommend, implement, test and communicate key HRIS deliverables. You will be continuously supporting the change management and alignment of the systems alongside supporting the operational HRIS needs of the HR team. Reporting in to the HR IS VP, based in Singapore, you will work in partnership to manage HR IS projects & HR IS ops end-to-end as part of a lean HR IS team. You will partner with external vendors and the business to drive best in class systems and continuous improvement.

You should possess approximately 7 - 9 years of HRIS and / or HR Projects experience within a global financial services organisation (ideally). SuccessFactors is required. Being able to work well as a team and be part of a bigger picture is a must and this role will be a pivotal one for your career as it affords you highly visible and highly rewarding initiatives to be part of.
