Our client is a renowned leader in the FMCG sector. This is a newly created position and we are looking for a Seasoned HR Business Partner to join a Star team led by a highly dynamic leader. You will have the opportunity to work together with this leader and take this role in the direction you think it needs to go. Right now, they are embarking on a transformational journey to new heights and are looking for someone with strong transformational experiences to lead the change.

Job Description
This is an individual contributor role. Reporting to the Head of HR - you will take charge of overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions from strategic to operations, with 100-120 employees. You will work very closely with the Head of HR and the business leaders in conceptualizing the HR agenda and the over-arching strategy that will enable growth and strengthen the people capabilities. You will be someone who is able to influence relationships at the senior level to help achieve HR & business objectives. Responsibilities ranges from stakeholder management, business partnering, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.

The Successful Applicant

To succeed in this role, you will need to come with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, ability to work independently and manage efficiently HR processes. You should come with at least 8-12 years of experience in HR and happy to straddle the broad spectrum of HR, from hands-on recruitment to managing complicated employee relations cases and HR projects. The ideal candidate should be someone who has a strong understanding of the business and commercially minded.

Desirable: Experience in HR Analytics and Compensation & Benefits.

Key to your success will be your proactive attitude and flexibility.
