Our client, an American banking and financial services provider with a base in Hong Kong is looking to recruit for a Lead HR Projects Analyst to support the Senior HR Leadership team based in Hong Kong and Singapore. This newly created role where you will utilise your broad HR knowledge to research and support project/programmes across all areas of HR. This could include employer branding/engagement, reward and performance, ER, Talent Management amongst other areas of initiative and change.
You will report into the Head of HR for APAC who is based in Hong Kong. Your country focus would range from China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and other SEA countries. This opportunity would be perfect for those who wishes to work in a diverse, open, honest, collaborative and transparent culture.
This role would be ideal for those who have a HR generalist background (or perhaps currently supporting Senior HR Leaders with projects). You should be proactive by nature as you will have a high level of visibility across the function. Creating connectivity and building strong relationships across various HR COE stakeholders would be critical towards the success of the role.
To be successful in this position, you should have around 5 years of HR generalist experience from a financial or professional services environment with a keen motivation to be more focused on HR projects-based work. You will need to have strong skills using Microsoft products such as work, excel and powerpoint, be highly organized and be able to prioritise effectively. You will need to demonstrate your ability to influence, be proactive and enthusiastic to be successful in this role. Cantonese or Mandarin would be advantageous although is not essential.
