Our client, a leading fintech company in the working capital finance space serving some of the largest tech manufacturers globally is seeking their HR Lead Services and Rewards. The position will be based in NYC, on a hybrid schedule (1 to 3 days onsite), and will report to the CHRO that sits in the Netherlands.
Our client, funds, structures, and services account receivables portfolios for their customers, helping companies get the most of their working capital. Their recent formation in 2021 gives them a start-up culture and mindset, while their origins bring deep industry knowledge, extensive specialized expertise, and geographic reach across 59 countries. Despite being a new player in their space, our client serviced more than $60 billion in tech accounts receivables volumes in 2021. Our client is wholly owned and funded by Blackstone, the world's largest alternative asset manager, which provides them with a large and flexible funding pool, significant relationships, and strategic guidance. They are a fintech start-up that packs a heavyweight punch. Our client is a global employer with just under 300 employees across 21 countries.
The ideal candidate will have strong HR operations experience, including comp and ben and payroll, and will work closely with HR colleagues in the regions providing coaching and guidance when it comes to generalist HR queries and services, reward and benefits, payroll, and people analytics. Will be the designer of global policies, with the aim of increasing the level of service provided by HR to employees during their entire life in the company. In addition, this role will play an important role in many relevant business projects. Ensuring fairness and equity is at the core of all awards.
