Fantastic stand-alone ANZ HR Manager opportunity

Sydney CBD location, salary to $140K + super + bonus

This respected and highly successful organisation is a world leading IT Software and Commerce business providing end to end distribution and payment solutions to a broad industry.

Following a global transfer, the business is seeking an experienced and commercially focused HR Manager to actively partner with the Sydney based leadership team, reporting to the Head of HR for Asia Pacific, based offshore.

If you are seeking a fast paced and stand-alone HR Manager role, then this role will assume full responsibility for all HR matters across the ANZ region incorporating circa 100 employees. This will include organisational design, recruitment & retention, talent development, reward & recognition and employee engagement. You will also have the opportunity to drive a global cultural change transformation into the ANZ region.

Your previous HR Management experience will demonstrate your ability to influence and challenge the business leaders while building strong on-going working relationships. Proven expertise and working knowledge of Australian Employment Law (ideally coupled with NZ specific knowledge) will be essential.
