A specialist UK insurance firm founded in 2006 are looking to recruit a HR Manager to join their small HR team based in central London. This is an outstanding opportunity where you will report directly into the Head of HR. The role is an all-encompassing, generalist, hands on HR role where you will also have line management responsibility of three junior members within the HR team.
You will support the Head of HR with a wide range of projects and initiatives including talent and succession, performance management and pay review. You will also take ownership for all generalist HR responsibilities where you will be involved with everything from recruitment, payroll, benefits & compensation, employee relations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting things done. You will need proven experience within a HR Generalist role within a small environment and line management experience of a small HR team would also be highly desirable. You will need excellent organisational skills, verbal and written communication skills as well as relevant HR experience working within a busy, fast-paced environment within Financial Services.
