A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager within a world leading Fin Tech organisation. Working alongside a growing people team, based in the city of London, the role- holder will be focusing on supporting the firm’s UK, European and North American teams, supplying data driven solutions and advising on all aspects of HR.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of Human Resources operations.
  • Co-ordinating and improving the employee lifecycle.
  • Reviewing and implementation of HR technologies to automate processes in line with business needs.
  • Co-ordinating learning and development.
  • Working with the Talent Acquisition team to identify talent and succession plan.
  • Driving employee engagement, attraction, and retention strategies.
  • Regularly reviewing benefits and compensation packages in line with the market.
  • Advising and coaching managers on all ER related matters.
  • Staying up to date and interrupting employment legislation, ensuring policies and procedure are compliant and operate under best practice.
  • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date HR database and HR metrics
  • Hold direct line management responsibility for a growing HR team.
