Our client, a noted global name in the professional services, is seeking a skilled HR Manager role with strong people management to round out their regional team, with responsibility for a client population of under 200.
The ideal HR Manager will possess at least 10 years of HR experience in financial or professional services settings, with several recent years of people management (teams of 2 or more highly desired). The role is exceptional for a skilled, collaborative, and energetic HR leader who can foster the growth of a high functioning team of 4 while working under the guidance of a regional HR Lead. In concert with their direct reports, they will be responsible for the day to day HR function for their location, including the full scope of HR activities for generalist, recruiting and HR operations resources within in a center of excellence model. Activities will include escalated Employee Relations matters, Compensation Activities, Talent and Performance Management, to ad hoc technical projects and implementations. Positive, "can do" attitude and strong record of mentorship/people management are required, with the ability to foster a tight knit, high performance, people-centric culture being a must. Industry experience out of notable consulting, financial or legal brands highly desired.
