An HR Manager is required for my client who are based in the Bristol/Avonmouth area, this is a site based role looking after a headcount of c.200.
The HR Manager will partner with the Site Manager and operate as a HR generalist. With responsibility for all site HR activities, you will provide support to the development and delivery of the HR strategy, to include: employee engagement, coaching and developing the senior leadership team, employee and industrial relations, succession planning and performance management, recruitment, HR management information and training.
You will be a pro-active and self-starting HR Manager who has worked in a similar blue collar environment (engineering, production, manufacturing, supply chain/logistics) with a strong understanding of working with Trade Unions. You will have strong knowledge of UK employment law, be able to deliver change programmes, be efficient in dealing with all levels of ER case work and will be able to work within in a fast paced and diverse working environment.
The salary range for this role is £35-£40K depending on experience, up to 25% bonus, private health care, pension and 25 days holiday.
