A global international financial services business with an excellent reputation are looking to recruit a HR Manager for their Leeds office where you will then be part of a broader HR team based in London. As the HR Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of day-to-day business objectives with employees and management in designated business units across multiple locations.
As the HR Manager you will report directly into the HR Business Partner where you will support on developing strong business relationships across multiple areas of business that you are designated to support. You will support on ER issues and also support on acquisition activities. You will also support across talent acquisition, reward and payroll activities.
This will be an excellent opportunity for a HR professional who is used to operating in a hands-on, fast paced environment. To be successful you will need demonstrable experience of up to date knowledge of employment law with a strong track record of managing varied employee relation workloads. You will also need to have operated within a hands-on operational HR role previously.
