We are delighted to partner with a growing organisation in Gloucestershire to recruit a permanent HR Manager. This urgent HR Generalist position sits within a team in a fast paced organisation.
Reporting into the Head of HR you will provide support in all areas of HR and the employee life-cycle including; recruitment, on boarding, people issues and employee relations case work, coaching, training & development, reward & benefits and reporting. You will support the Head of HR with the HR strategy and agenda, lead of HR projects and have direct engagement with board. You will represent HR when presenting to the business quarterly and lead from the front in terms of communication, transparency, openness and engagement.
In order to be successful in your application you will need a generalist HR backgorund with experience in recruitment, employee relations, MI, reporting, analytics and l&d initiatives. It is essential you have a strong understanding of uk law and legislation and the ability to guide managers on this. Above all you will need to demonstrate confidence, professionalism, great communication skills, a passion for problem solving and the ability to handle tough conversations.
You will work closely with the Head of HR and play a huge part in the development of HR strategy and the impact HR can make within the business.
