Are you an established HR Manager/Business Partner with a low ego and hands on approach to your craft? I have just taken on a very exciting 6 month HR Manager role with a fantastic UK accountancy firm, with a dynamic and friendly HR function working very closely with the business. Following some commercial developments across the organisation they are investing in their people function.
The HR Manager reports into the Head of HR and will handle a client group of circa 200 employees, deal with the end to end generalist cycle and work very closely with the senior leadership teams. Ideally someone will have an extremely robust ER experience and comfort across a range of issues as well as projects exposure. The business has projects including MI, Visas and employee engagement that the role will lead on.
As my client sits in the professional services space ideally they would like somebody who has worked within a partnership model, can engage with that type of leadership and handle the complexities. The client is looking for someone to start sooner rather than later so short notice or ending contracts would be perfect.
