This individual will add value broadly within the talent space including coaching and partnering with senior leaders to plan and execute talent and organizational effectiveness initiatives impacting both core client groups and the global population at large. The ideal hire will have worked for 5 or more years as a full fledged HR partner with in-depth understanding of employee relations, compensation, and talent practices, and will possess the confidence to face off to the director+ population.
