I am excited to be working with a growing global software business based in West London on their search for a HR Manager for the UK.
As the result of a recent acquisition, Frazer Jones are supporting the firm in hiring an HR Professional to upskill the current HR service. Based in West London, the business employs c.150 individuals in the UK and is continuing to grow.
In this role you will be the go-to person for all HR matters in both an operational / cyclical capacity and a project capacity too. The business are looking for someone with strong change management/TUPE/Mergers & Acquisitions experience as well as be well versed in UK employment law as you will need to manage any ER matters that arise.
Another key part of this role will be recruitment - you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates and guiding managers through the recruitment process.
Reporting into the HR team in the US, you will need to have strong stakeholder management and be comfortable operating autonomously. You will also be involved in cultural initiatives as the US are keen to make sure the UK office feels connected to the wider business.
Location: West London - close to tube and rail links - they also have parking onsite
