I am delighted to be partnering with an international investment organisation that works with partners to empower and transform the lives of children and young people across the world. They would like to appoint a HR Manager to join the team.
As HR Manager you will work alongside your HR team with a clear understanding of the organisation and HR goals. A role suited to a HR professional with particular experience in strategic HR change initiatives, compensation and benefits, workforce planning and HR Data analysis. A pivotal position I the organisation and HR team you will led on all of the above areas and work with the HR Director to create the HR Strategy. You run the annual business plan process as part of the organisational wide team and be responsible for the workforce planning alongside your two Recruitment advisors. You will be responsible for the HR Operational budget and will oversee the organisational wide staffing costs. You will be privy to all organisational change strategies and be able to link these with your own HR responsibilities and manage the pay and performance review process.
You will have excellent analytical experience able to report and identify and trends across HR reporting and propose strategic ideas in order to create positive change. Working closely with the HR Team, CEO and Exec Directors across the organisation you will be able to advise on your key areas with the wider team support on implementing any new HR practices and you will be responsible for design and delivery of a new diversity and inclusion programme.
To be successful in this role you will be able to evidence your experience managing a pay and performance review, workforce planning linked to business demand and have excellent analytical skills. You will be highly commercial and curious, keen to broaden your business experience and naturally want to be part of positive change across the organisation. This role would suit a HR professional with mid to senior level experience completing compensation and benefit and salary reviews. You could have a generalist background as long as you have completed a full pay review, are comfortable using HR systems and qualifying data. You will hold a CIPD or degree equivalent.
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + excellent benefits
