My client is a high performing and elite Oil and Gas organisation. They are looking to appoint a HR Manager to support the continuing employee growth.
This role is suited to an experienced senior HR professional with a strong generalist background and exposure to office management responsibilities. As a fast-growing organisation, the role requires a high level of HR policy and practice expertise, policy and procedure development, performance management and general service responsiveness. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to use sound judgement, effective analysis of data, management reporting, and the building of effective relationships. You will be a passionate, yet resilient HR Professional used to work with stakeholders up to CEO level.
This role will offer you the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and Director to develop and deliver HR best practise across the organisation. You will work with autonomy supporting on recruitment, policy and procedure review, development of employee handbook and hands on HR practise. Within this role you will provide expert HR and Employee Relations advice and guidance on a variety of cases whilst supporting Managers on how to pre-empt organisational and people issues. In the addition to your key HR responsibilities you will line manage the two front of house staff and support junior colleagues across the business. Where needed you will lead on organising company events, obtaining external and internal training and maintaining health and safety training is carried out.
You will be highly organised, possesses initiative with the ability to prioritise, as well as being commercial in approach. You will be determined, yet approachable and have a professional and resourceful approach. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and fully CIPD qualified with a strong background in HR practice in full generalist capability. You will have a thorough understanding of employment law and will have worked in a SME sized business in the capacity of a HR Manager stand alone or with a small team.
Most importantly you will be working within a vibrant and engaging business with an inspiring CEO so the ability to think quick and communicate well is essential! In addition they are based in beautiful offices located in the Central/West of London.
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
