I'm currently working with an exciting global fintech business based in London on their search for a HR Manager.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will own a client group of c.400 in the UK & Ireland. This is a truly generalist role which will include project work, employee relations, coaching and upskilling managers, employee engagement, employee development, inductions, managing the apprenticeship levy and building graduate schemes for key functions in the business.
The HR structure is fairly lean so you will need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up, although they do have a Talent Acquisition Team (who also prepare offer paperwork), L&D team and Payroll & Benefits.
In this role you will partner with a wide range of stakeholders, including Senior Directors so you'll need to be a confident communicator with strong stakeholder management experience.
The business are looking for someone who has worked in a fast paced commercial environment who is used to working autonomously. Although there will always be support if you need it! They are also looking for someone who can be pragmatic and flex their approach when needed.
You will have strong analytical skills and if you have previous experience using Successfactors this is a real plus!
The business has a great culture and the HR team are a lovely group of people. The company are also quite flexible in terms of home working, so it's likely that you may work 2-3 days a week in the office and a couple from home when we are back in 'normal' times.
Salary - £50-60,000 + 10% bonus + benefits
