I am currently working on a fantastic HR Manager opportunity with a global, innovative technology organisation based in Cambridge. This role would suit an existing HR Manager/HR Business Partner or a confident Senior HR Advisor who is looking to take a step up.
You will be a strong HR generalist, who will deliver across the full spectrum of HR. This role covers HR operations as well as strategic projects.
In this role you will act as the first point of contact for HR, advising on ER issues, talent & succession, recruitment, L&D and salary reviews. You will also be involved in change management initiatives including restructures & redundancies.
You will work with HR colleagues across the business on key HR projects and initiatives including culture & values, redefining the induction programme and supporting on the Graduate scheme.
In order to be successful in this role you will be a dynamic, ambitious HR professional who is looking to work in an innovative environment. You will thrive working in a fast paced role and will be able to deal with ambiguity. You'll be confident working with data and will think commercially. You will have strong stakeholder management experience and ideally have experience supporting technology/software.
Location - Cambridge
Salary - £35-45,000 + Bonus + Flex Benefits (20%)
