Our client is looking for a driven and capable HR Manager who is ready to grow alongside the business as it reaches its goals of expanding internationally. As the first HR hire within the business during this exciting time, you will be responsible for setting up the HR and Employment practices for existing and future international offices. As well as the day to day HR operations, you will have the opportunity to work directly alongside the COO on creating a new people and talent management strategy.

As the sole HR person within this growing company, you will need to be proactive, organised, with enthusiasm and the communication skills to deliver a great HR service to the business. We are looking for someone who can tackle issues in an analytical way with the view of seeing problems as challenges and opportunities.

  • Strong academic background, ideally a degree in a HR related subject
  • Experience working in a stand-alone or SME environment
  • Ideally you will have experience of working in a media or related business previously
  • International experience is preferred but not essential
