About Our Client
Our client is a leading engineering firm with a solid brand name within the industry. With continuing business needs, they are seeking a HR Manager to join the team locally.
Reporting to the Human Resource Director, a big part of your portfolio (50%) will be involved with full-spectrum HRBP. You will provide leadership, direction, and expertise on Human Resource key issues with responsibility for the full spectrum of HR activities across the country. You will also own, drive, design and deliver HR projects impacting managers, employees or stakeholders. Another significant responsibility would be leading the Compensation & Benefits activities including annual budget exercise and review compensation strategy, design and develop sales incentive schemes or variable pay programs, bonuses, recognition and other pay plans across the organization, track success of the plans and recommend changes. Last but not least, you will be a business partner to the HR community and senior management team in managing year-end processes while ensuring leaders are prepared for performance reviews, bonus payouts, communications, and total compensation statements.
The Successful Applicant
You need to have at least 5-7 years of HRBP and specialist compensation experience within an organisation with diverse business portfolio or experience working with different types of companies. You need to be highly analytical with a mind-set of continuously improving strategies and processes while being a proactive contributor to the HR team.
