I'm delighted to be working with a global consumer goods business on their search for a HR Manager to be based in their South West London office.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for c. 450 employees based across head office and field based staff. You will act as a business partner for the field based teams, supporting and coaching managers Area Managers on ER, recruitment and cost saving initiatives. In the head office you will be supporting functions such as supply chain, sales, marketing and finance. The role will support across areas including employee engagement, talent and performance management, training and development, employee relations and compensation and benefits.
The business are looking for a confident individual with a 'can do' and resilient attitude who has a solid grounding in all aspects of HR. You will be an excellent communicator who is confident influencing senior stakeholders.
They are looking for someone who can work autonomously, and who is driven and curious. You'll spot problems and take initiative. The environment is fast paced and can be unprocessed and unstructured so you'll need to be comfortable with this.
The business are ideally looking for someone from a FMCG/Retail background who has also supported head office.
