Am working with a leading international law firm who are looking for a HR Manager to join one of their leading practice groups.
As part of a global network of HR professionals this role will see you working alongside Leaders, Partners and Managers to deliver a seamless HR service against the firm’s strategic priorities.
A broad and diverse role that will see you reporting into the Head of HR, and managing a HR Advisor, this position will see you working independently and collaboratively with peers and the centres of excellence across a number of key projects including talent management and performance management, career management and promotion as well as diversity and inclusion.
Within this role you will work with Senior Management and a number of other key stakeholders to create a people strategy that is aligned to the overall business plan and reflects the strategic goals of the firm.
It is part of this role to challenge the business to ensure that the people plan is owned, is proactive and delivered. In addition, you will coach and support Senior Management in their development of people management and leadership skills and support effective use of the firm’s coaching and mentoring programmes.
The firm is looking to meet with solid HR generalists with previous experience of working in a partnership environment. You will be a already operating at Manager level with previous people management experience and be fully CIPD qualified.
