Specialising in the design and construction of new work spaces as well as refurbishments, this growing brand focuses on the full end to end project management for their clients, providing them with a high level of customer service and strong creative support. Existing for just under 15 years, this young but well-established brand has won multiple awards and is well recognised within the industry.
As the HR Manager you report directly into the Managing Director, guiding them on HR Strategy and all things people focused. With the basics of HR in place, you will build on the foundations, benchmarking against key competitors to keep them in line with the market, as well as running projects around culture development and engagement, creating a truly high performing and happy workforce.
Working closely with the MD and Leadership team, you will design and deliver creative people solutions, as well as utilise some of your most basic HR principles to enable your stakeholders to continue growing the business and it's people.
To be successful within this role you will need sound HR experience within an autonomous role, and be able to demonstrate stand-alone ability, working with senior stakeholders and implementing your own creative HR processes. This is a great role for someone wanting to step up and build on the basics, implement new initiatives, while having the ability to put your own stamp on the people agenda.
