Senior HRM managing a senior level client group of 100+ employees, reporting to the HRD and managing advisory level team. You should have a broad HR experience from ER, through to reward. the stakeholders are senior and therefore you will need personal gravitas and attention to detail but you must be happy to roll up your sleeves and be hands on. The organisation is growing and changing shape, systems and process does not always exist at the moment, so you must be able to work with ambiguity. There is a lot of hands work to get through, so you must be able to cope with high volumes of queries in a fast paced organisation. Previous experience in a global matrixed organisation would be useful and previous experience of suuporting a HR advisor and helping with their development.
