Working alongside the HR Director, this person will manage the daily HR operations and will manage and develop the capable and passionate HR team. You will be partnering with managers across the firm to provide effective advice and deliver best practice. You will also work closely with the L&D Manager and Recruitment Manager to understand firmwide succession plans and developmental needs.
With support from an HR Manager, Advisor and Administrator, this person will oversee: complex employee relations, develop HR policy and procedures, partner on reward strategy, help shape the firm's culture and values, manage the appraisal process - and much more.
You must have extensive experience of operating at HR Manager level and ideally this experience will have been gained within a professional services environment. You must possess strong knowledge of employment law and be confident in its application.
This is a pivotal role within the firm and, during interview, you will be required to demonstrate your ability to act with diplomacy and discretion.
