HR Manager

Am currently working with a leading professional services firm who are looking for a HR Manager to join one of their leading practice groups.

As a large regional firm this organisation has multiple UK locations and indeed a sizeable HR team. This role sits within a wider team of HR generalists who work collaboratively with their centres of excellence providing a seamless HR service into the firm as a whole.

Sat within one of the largest and most prominent teams, this role will see you reporting into a Senior HR Manager and working alongside another HR Manager and Advisor to support the group.

This is a varied and broad generalist role that will see the successful candidate supporting across generalist duties as well as collaborating with the Senior HR Manager on more strategic projects and driving the people strategy into the group.

The business is looking for candidates already operating at the HRM level and keen to progress their HR career. You will have worked within sizeable firms and ideally supported across different regions. A solid generalist with ideally professional services experience with experience of working within a matrixed environment.
