HR Manager, 3 to 4 Month Contract, Remote Working. Up to £50,000
As the HR Manager you will report into the Head of People Experience Consulting and will be solely responsible for the UK&I, with a headcount of circa 350. This is an incredibly fast paced role, where you will be the primary point of contact for local and global managers on UK&I aspects of HR. You will support/guide managers on performance, absence, capability, grievance and appeals processes and will be accountable for day to day management of local benefits, overseeing monthly payroll and supporting employee lifecycle processes. In addition, you will support with redundancy consultations and monthly reporting.
To be successful in this role you will have a HR Generalist background, strong employee relations experience and be comfortable with creating policies and working on processes. Applicants who are immediately available or available at short notice would be desirable.
