HR Manager (f/m/d) in Stuttgart
Tasks & Responsibilities
-Be a partner to the business aligning the business strategy with the people’s strategy for the commercial division
– Ensure the implementation of internal policies regarding compensation and benefits. Oversee processes related to performance evaluation and talent assessment
– Take the lead in change management processes and continuously analyse the organization’s structure.
– Be an active partner for the works council, fostering strong and reliable relations.
– Take charge of coordinating communication between HR leaders and staff within the customer service function
– Demonstrate a strong grasp of HR KPI’s. Analyse workforce and labour cost, considering their impact on business outcomes
Profile
– Several years of experience as a HR Manager, HR Business Partner or HR Generalist for an international company, ideally with focus in the commercial function
– Expertise in German Labour Law and experience being the first point of contact with the ERA collective agreement
– Familiarity with Success Factor or HR SAP (desirable)
– Experienced HR professional who enjoys shaping HR and working with international stakeholders from different seniority levels
– Business fluent in German and English
