My client, a property business based in South West London are looking to recruit a HR Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Working in a small and dynamic of 4 you will be line managing 2 junior members of the team. You will be tasked to provide an operational HR service to the business of around 180 staff. This is a generalist role that will encompass:
- Employee relations
- Performance management
- Learning and development
- HR processes and information systems
- Recruitment and Resourcing
- Compensation and benefits
This role requires someone who is immediately available and is used to working in a SME'S.
