We’re partnering exclusively with an exciting global food business on their next HR Manager. A global leader in their field, my client supplies natural, sustainable food products and ingredients to thousands of customers worldwide – with particular specialties in coffee, cocoa, nuts and spices. Their current HR Manager has progressed to a European role, so they are now looking for someone new to look after their London corporate office. This person will also have ample opportunities to get involved with global HR projects. Ideally this person will have the following experience:
- 5-10 years demonstrable experience across the full generalist remit
- Experience in highly corporate environments / looking after corporate functions
- Driving recruitment
- HR data
- Payroll checks (payroll is outsourced)
- Employee engagement
- Collaborative in approach and leadership style
The role offers a hybrid working model with 3 days in their Central London office. Candidates with shorter notice periods is a plus.
