HR Manager. £50,000-£60,000. Lewes Area, East Sussex.
As the HR Manager you will report into the Commercial Director and will manage a small close nit team. This is a pivotal role, where you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organisations Human Resources by planning, implementing, overseeing and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs and practices. You will provide an end-to-end HR service by maintaining excellent working relationships with all employees (circa 200). This is a fast paced and varied role where you will maintain organisation staff by establishing a recruitment program, providing expert advice and guidance to managers to address performance concerns and employee relations matters, and identifying employees training needs. You will also ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing employment law and maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience of working in a similar position with responsibility across the generalist remit, you will be highly motivated and empathetic. Is it essential you have a sound understanding of employment law, demonstratable experience of developing and implementing employment policies, procedures and working practices. Your ability to work autonomously, inquisitive mind set and sound judgment to make decisions based on understanding of relevant information will be of great interest to my client.
