This leading law firm based in the City is looking for a HR Manager to join its HR team. Driving the people agenda into and through its business services population this is a pivotal role for the firm. Your role will be to work closely with other Heads of Department and support Managers through change, HR initiatives and advise on ER issues. You will also line manage an Advisor and together deliver a seamless and commercial HR service into this diverse area of the business.
Reporting into the Head of HR and forming part of a large HR group of both generalists and specialists this is a great role for a HR Manager who enjoys both elements of a generalist role, supporting and developing the HR Advisor with their development through practical HR issues as well as being involved in commercial and strategic HR projects.
The firm are looking to meet with solid HR Managers who have previously gained experience of working within a law firm. You will have line management experience and enjoy a balanced role of strategy and operations and ideally be fully CIPD qualified.
