My client a vibrant media business are looking to recruit a HR Generalist on a 2 month contract. Working in a standalone capacity you will be responsible for around 100 staff split across 3 locations.
This is a generalist role and your duties will include: compliance, benefits and payroll administration, recruitment, the employee lifecycle, performance reviews and global mobility. as this is standalone you need to be resilient and willing to pick up all elements of HR! the company is energetic, dynamic and constantly changing so you will enjoy working independently and will be comfortable dealing with the ambiguity of a evolving business.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and be able to interview week starting the 18th March. You will ideally have experience gained working in a standalone or small HR team.
