My client is a leading specialist contractor within Engineering and Demolition working on high profile projects across London. They are looking to appoint a HR Manager to join the team and manage the HR Share Service and systems team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior HR professional to really drive the team of HR Administrators to ensure the delivery of a seamless service across the business. You will lead on all implementation, delivery and management of HR Systems and ensure they are fit for purpose. You will have the autonomy to review and design how you feel the HR Systems, processes and polices align with the HR and business objectives. Sitting on the senior leadership team you will report to the HR Director and will be the lead on the implementation of two HRIS alongside a project manager for both.
Within this role you will own all HR documentation ensuring contracts, policies and templates are up to date and fit for purpose alongside the delivery of date collation and reporting to the board. You will support and develop your team of 4 HR Administrators and be a role model for the business values and emphasis on health and safety which runs through the core of the organisation.
To be successful in this role you will have experience with implementation and maintenance of HR Systems, led on continuous improvement and review of HR procedures and policies. You will have a real desire to be part of a new team with a strong change mandate on building and modernising the function. You will have analytical capability and be system savvy able to convert project ideas and objectives into a system based outcome. Previous line management experience would be desirable but not essential!

Location is based in Surrey
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + car allowance £5000
