My client is looking for an HR Manager to work as part of this dedicated and professional head office team collaborating with the HR Director and supporting the business with a focus on both head office within a franchised business model.
With locations across the globe, this brand sets the standards for the hospitality industry with a range of hotels across the world. With an emphasis on luxury, you will have the opportunity to work for one of the most recognised and prestigious brands in a role that shapes the people agenda for the organisation.
With around 250 employees within head office, you support the UK within a generalist capacity, giving you the chance to be exposed to all areas of HR. This is an exciting period of change for the business so you will lead the way with change initiatives from end to end, putting peoples best interests at heart and supporting the business by driving the key commercial agenda. You will be responsible for the full generalist HR remit leading on end to end recruitment, ER case management, coaching and training managers on how to lead a high performing team and all other aspects of HR.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Advisor/ HR Manager looking for their next step within their career, ideally coming from a customer centric organisation and used to working with a broad range of stakeholders across all seniorities.
